Are the plants exactly as pictured?
Pairings are styled to the look shown. Because every plant is a living, one-of-a-kind piece, shape and size can vary slightly. For live-sale plants, what you see is exactly what you get.
Some products say “sourced after purchase.” What does that mean?
We source certain pairings fresh from local growers after you order, so you get a healthy plant at its best instead of one that's been sitting on a shelf. We'll confirm timing by email or text.
Do plants come with care instructions?
Yes. Every order comes with simple care notes for your specific plant, and we follow up by email with tips.
What if my plant dies?
Every plant comes with our 2-month guarantee. If it dies within 2 months of delivery or pickup, we'll replace it, no matter what. Send us a photo by email or Instagram DM and we'll set up the replacement. If a planter arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours. Full details are in our refund policy.
Where do you deliver?
Miami-Dade and Broward County, within 30 miles of us, by local delivery or free pickup. We don't ship live plants. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be sent anywhere.
