How long do I have to pay?
Please complete checkout within 24 hours of receiving your link so we can release unclaimed plants to the next person.
Can I combine plants into one order?
Yes — everything you claim in a live goes into one checkout link, with one delivery fee.
When do deliveries go out?
We schedule local deliveries and pickups in the days after each live and confirm a window with you by text.
What if I miss the live?
Any unclaimed plants may be posted afterward. Join the list to hear first.
