This website is operated by Silver Garden Co ("we," "us," "our"), a plant styling business based in Miami, Florida. By visiting our site, buying from us (including through Instagram Live sales), or booking a styling service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our plants and products

Plants are living things. Every one is a little different in shape, size, and color, and photos show the style and size you can expect, not the exact plant.
Some plants are hand-selected from our local grower after you order. If a plant isn't available, we'll offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.
Planters may vary slightly in color or finish. Each listing states the planter material.
Care information we provide is general guidance. Results depend on light, water, and conditions in your space.
Pet information (for example, "non-toxic to cats and dogs") is based on commonly available sources. Every animal is different. Keep plants out of reach of pets that chew, and contact your veterinarian with any concerns.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or a plant becomes unavailable, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Instagram Live sales

Commenting to claim a plant during a live is a commitment to buy it. After the live we send one checkout link for everything you claimed. Please complete checkout within 24 hours; unpaid claims may be released to the next person.

Plant styling services

Your styling fee books your project. Plants, planters, and materials are billed separately at the cost of the selections you approve.
Project timing depends on sourcing and scheduling. We'll confirm details with you before installation.
Please make sure we have safe access to the space on the scheduled date.

Photos you send us

When you send photos of your space (for example, through our "Send Me Your Space" form, email, or Instagram), you allow us to use them to plan and provide your service. We won't post photos of your home publicly without your permission.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be used on our website and for orders checked out through our site. They have no cash value except where required by law, are non-refundable, and don't expire. Please treat gift card codes like cash; we aren't responsible for lost or stolen codes.

Email and text messages

If you sign up for our emails or texts, you agree to receive messages from us as described when you sign up. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to stop texts. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

All content on this site, including photos, logos, and text, belongs to Silver Garden Co or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Garden Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.
